Susan joined the staff of CCC Montreat as part-time bookkeeper in February 2020. She retired from Delta Airlines in Atlanta in 1999, then worked in the accounting department for her POA for 6 years. She relocated to Givens Highland Farms from North Georgia in November 2018 thinking she was fully retired, but when the church posted the bookkeeper position in 2019, she decided maybe she wasn’t ready for full retirement. Susan enjoys working with CCC’s Prayer Blanket Ministry, sewing, quilting, and spending time with her one-year old Scottish Terrier, Della.
