What is the Backpack Program?

The Backpack Program is a CCCM ministry where every week, church members meet to assemble bags of food and deliver them to schools in our community. We do this because we care about you and your family. As the Bible says, we believe everyone is made in the image of God, “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 130).

We are moved to share the love that Jesus has given us (on the cross and resurrection) to support you and your family. Jesus cared for those around Him and fed His neighbors and we want to do the same for you. We do this because you are loved and worth loving! We hope this gift will be just one expression of many of the love God has for you.
